Our St Georges Rd site was opened in 2018 and is located on the first floor of
a unique commercial building, with concrete floors and partitioned spaces.
The studios have natural light, NBN, and access to water and kitchenette on site.
Some rooms are shared, whilst others accommodate only one person.
Rent depends on the size of the studio and includes outgoings, with artists encouraged to assist with running the space,
including working bees and general upkeep.

The St Georges Rd site currently has studios available in North Fitzroy, for long or short term rent.
